Child Safety Standards & CSAE Prevention Policy

Zero-Tolerance Policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

SGSS Members strictly prohibits any form of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE), grooming, solicitation, or any endangerment of minors. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy and immediately cooperate with international and local law enforcement authorities to report and eliminate such content.

1. Scope & Commitment

This Child Safety Standards Policy applies to all users, accounts, business profiles, listings, images, and user-submitted content across the SGSS Members mobile application (Android & iOS) and the gurudasikh.com web platform.

2. Strictly Prohibited Content & Activities

The following activities and content are strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate, permanent termination of account and law enforcement reporting:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) & CSAE: Uploading, generating, possessing, sharing, distributing, or promoting any visual or textual depictions of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
Child Grooming & Predatory Conduct: Attempting to groom, manipulate, solicit, or establish inappropriate contact with minors.
Commercial Exploitation of Children: Any listing, offer, or service involving child trafficking, forced labor, or sexualized depictions of minors.
Harassment & Bullying: Targeted abuse, harassment, or endangerment of children.

3. Content Moderation & Enforcement Mechanisms

To ensure a safe environment for all community members, SGSS Members enforces the following strict protocols:

Pre-Publishing & Continuous Moderation: All business listings, profile pictures, and product catalog media are actively monitored and moderated before being publicly displayed.
Immediate Account Revocation: Any user or business profile associated with CSAE or child endangerment is immediately banned, with all tokens and devices permanently blocked.
Law Enforcement Escalation: We immediately report any detected CSAM/CSAE incidents to relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local UK / international law enforcement.

4. User Reporting Mechanisms

If you encounter any content, profile, or activity that you suspect involves child endangerment or CSAE, you can report it immediately:

In-App Reporting: Navigate to the relevant business profile or member account and tap Report / Contact Admin.
Direct Email to Safety Team: Send an immediate report to our dedicated Child Safety & Compliance Team.
